Dr. Rafael Diaz Dr. Rafael Diaz, research assistant professor at VMASC, leads the Business Process and Supply Chain applied research area. He holds a PhD in modeling and simulation engineering from ODU.  His research interests include operations research, operations management, dependence modeling for stochastic simulation, simulation optimization methods, and production and logistics systems.  He worked for five years as a process engineer and management consultant prior to his academic career.  Download CV
