Conference Services
VMASC has over 8,200 square feet of high quality conference and meeting space featuring a full range of state-of-the-art information, computer, audio and video technologies. VMASC also has over 12,000 square feet of high quality lab space featuring a full range of server, workstation, display and collaborative technologies.
Reservations for VMASC conference rooms and laboratories are made on a first come basis. Organizations and personnel who make reservations are categorized as either VMASC or non-VMASC. VMASC reservations are those made by ODU administrators, faculty and students, VMASC personnel, and VMASC member organizations. VMASC reservations may be submitted at any time. Non-VMASC reservations may be submitted no later than two weeks (14 days) in advance. Two types of meeting reservations may be made: non-hosted and hosted. All hosted and non-VMASC member reservations are subject to VMASC approval by VMASC Administrative Director.

Available VMASC conference rooms include

VMASC Large Conference Room - (holds 100 - 175) 25 by 6 foot rear-projected screen (4620 by 1080 pixels), Spyder video wall processor with multiple video sources, DVD player, 12 speaker audio system with wireless handheld, lavalier and table-top microphones, and Polycom teleconferencing. - $300 per day

VTC Conference Room - (holds 20) 4 wall-mounted 52-inch LCD displays, Polycom VSX 8000 Video Teleconferencing system, multiple computer inputs, DVD player, and a Polycom VTX 1000 teleconferencing phone. - $125 per day

Aquarium Conference Room - (holds 16) Same as above minus VSX 8000 VTC - $125 per day

VMASC Conference Rooms 2100A, B and C - (holds 30 – 60) Each room has DLP projector and 10 by 5 foot wide-format screen (1280 by 720 pixels), DVD player, 4 speaker audio system with wireless lavalier microphone, and an Elmo document camera. - $125 per day
Reservation requests for VMASC Hosted and Non-VMASC member event services, including catering support, information technology (IT), or presentation technology support, must be made by downloading and completing the following applicable VMASC forms:
