Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are becoming an essential part of a manufacturing organization’s ability to monitor and ensure its strategic health. Furthermore, selecting the right mix of KPIs, in line with an organization’s strategic goals is also essential. This database tool was developed to support an assessment method for KPIs for manufacturing developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
