Ship Loading and Unloading Scheduling

Once the vessel foreman receives the resource assignment for a ship, he will begin the process of tasking the individual resources. Depending on the port, part of this tasking is aided by computer software, but the vessel foreman is ultimately responsible for overseeing the operation, anticipating problems and addressing inefficiencies or other non-standard situation that may arise.
